Whole Yield
The one-person studio the rest of this work lives under. Few projects, carried a long way, rather than many carried a little.
By day I do conversational AI implementation at a large enterprise software company. The rest of the time I build and ship my own projects under Whole Yield, and co-host a podcast about scripture.
Recent work of my own includes audio signal-processing pipelines, a Bible study app with a dramatized audio companion, machine-learning model training on dedicated hardware, and a governance system modeled on Wikipedia's editorial practices.
Before this I spent about a decade running a small land investment business. I learned direct-response marketing, CRM automation, deal structure, and how to manage a distributed team.
I closed it rather than keep going.
I became a Christian in 2022, and in time I could not square some of how I was running that business with what I had come to believe.
The one-person studio the rest of this work lives under. Few projects, carried a long way, rather than many carried a little.
A deep, honest dissection of the word of God and the effect it has on our lives and on the world. I co-host it with two others as equal partners, and I handle the production and the audio tooling behind it.
A Bible reading and study app built on a public-domain translation, paired with Manna Radio Theater, a dramatized audio companion that keeps the scripture text verbatim. Built so the plain text is always one tap away from anything else on the screen.
Productized post-production for independent podcasters. A raw recording goes in and a release-ready episode comes back: mastered audio, a transcript, show notes, and chapter markers. Software end to end, with a human quality check on every delivery.
